Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, patient-focused Floater Associate Dentist to support multiple Toothsi retail centres across Mumbai . The candidate will be responsible for delivering quality dental care, conducting patient consultations, supporting aligner treatments, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

The dentist will be deployed across Borivali, Andheri, Dadar, Ghatkopar, Thane, and Kharghar based on operational requirements, planned leaves, weekly offs, patient demand, and business needs.

The role also involves participating in marketing campaigns, BTL activities, dental camps, and customer engagement initiatives to support brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Responsibilities

- Conduct dental consultations and intraoral scans for clear aligner treatments.
- Educate patients on clear aligners, oral hygiene products, teeth-whitening solutions, and available treatment options.
- Perform routine dental procedures, including scaling and fillings, within the scope of clinical privileges.




- Assist orthodontists during aligner treatment procedures and follow prescribed clinical protocols.
- Learn and independently execute aligner delivery protocols after appropriate training and authorization.
- Attend emergency dental appointments as required.
- Maintain high standards of patient care, clinical hygiene, and treatment quality.

1. Patient Management & Centre Operations

- Manage patient appointments, consultations, follow-ups, and treatment-related queries.
- Ensure a positive and qualified patient experience at the assigned centre.
- Address patient concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Coordinate with centre teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

1. Centre Coverage & Travel

- Provide dentist coverage across Toothsi centres in Mumbai and MMR as per business requirements.
- Support centre operations during planned leaves, weekly offs, and staffing requirements.
- Work at one assigned centre per day; travel between multiple centres on the same day will not be required.
- Travel across the designated locations as required.

- Thane
- Kharghar

A monthly travel allowance of ₹3,000 will be provided.
1. Marketing Campaigns & BTL Activities

- Participate in dental camps, BTL activities,



promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Conduct basic dental screenings and consultations during campaigns.
- Explain Toothsi's aligner solutions and dental services to prospective customers.
- Support lead generation and customer awareness initiatives.
- Represent the makeO toothsi brand professionally during outdoor activities and promotional events.

Candidate Requirements
- BDS degree with valid Dental Council registration.
- 0–2 years of clinical experience; freshers with sound clinical knowledge and practical skills may also apply.
- Strong communication, consultation, and patient-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai and MMR.
- Comfortable participating in dental camps, marketing campaigns, and BTL activities.
- Customer-oriented approach with an interest in patient education and treatment conversion.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Working Details
- Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: Rotational weekday off; no fixed weekend offs
- Work Mode: In-person
- Centre Coverage: Borivali, Andheri, Dadar, Ghatkopar, Thane & Kharghar
- Compensation: ₹25,000–₹35,000 gross per month + performance incentives
- Travel Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
- Travel Requirement: Mandatory within Mumbai , as per business needs
- Campaign Participation: Required as per business requirements
