Job Title: Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager - Bancassurance Roles &

Responsibilities Drive life insurance business through assigned bank branches and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and other bank staff. Generate leads from bank customers and convert opportunities into life insurance sales.

Conduct regular meetings with bank employees to identify and maximize sales opportunities. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products. Conduct joint customer meetings and sales calls with bank staff whenever required.

Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Train and motivate bank employees on insurance products and lead generation activities. Ensure accurate documentation and smooth processing of insurance applications.

Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and customer service support. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high policy persistency levels. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance against assigned business targets.





Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and sales processes. Resolve customer queries and service-related concerns in a timely manner.

Candidate Requirements Education Any Graduate

Experience 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales. Candidates with experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, or Banca Channel sales will be preferred.

Preferred Profile

Experience in Life Insurance Bancassurance sales. Strong network-building and customer engagement skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
