Job Summary Ellucian is seeking an Associate AI Analyst to support the development of intelligent automations and AI agents using UiPath to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experiences.

The ideal candidate brings foundational UiPath development experience, an understanding of large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and an interest in agentic automation. This individual will work closely with experienced team members to develop practical AI-powered solutions while building technical expertise in intelligent automation.

Where you will make an impact

- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation workflows using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related platform capabilities.
- Support the development of AI-powered automations and agents leveraging LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and team members to understand business requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
- Build workflows integrating HR applications, enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources.
- Troubleshoot automation issues,



maintain documentation, and support testing and production deployments.
- Apply established development standards, data security requirements, and responsible AI practices.
- Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.

What you will bring

- 1-3 years of experience in RPA development, automation, or related technical roles, including practical UiPath experience.
- Working knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and automation workflow development.
- Basic understanding of LLMs, generative AI, prompt engineering, and AI agent concepts.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, and programming or scripting languages such as Python or C#.
- Understanding of automation testing, troubleshooting, exception handling, and documentation.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and develop technical capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and independently complete assigned development tasks with appropriate guidance.
