In this role, you will be responsible for the development and management of a strong agency force in your designated area. Your primary objective will be to recruit, train, and supervise a team of insurance agents, ensuring that they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard new agents to build a productive sales team.
- Provide training and support to agents to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor agents' performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.




- Organize motivational events and training sessions to improve team morale.
