About the Role

Ironclad Law Associates is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IBC Associate Lawyer with at least one year of relevant experience in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016, and related proceedings. The candidate will assist in handling insolvency matters, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients before relevant forums.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal notices, applications, petitions, replies, affidavits, and other pleadings relating to insolvency proceedings.
- Assist in filing and managing matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and other relevant forums.
- Conduct legal research on insolvency, corporate debt recovery, and related laws.
- Coordinate with clients, resolution professionals, advocates, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor case progress, hearing dates, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in preparing case briefs, opinions, status reports,



and litigation updates.
- Maintain proper documentation and case records.

Eligibility and Skills

- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IBC and insolvency-related matters.
- Practical knowledge of NCLT proceedings and IBC procedures will be preferred.
- Robust legal drafting, research, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
