Role & responsibilities An Assistant Team Lead (ATL) Last Mile at Delhivery Limited manages daily delivery center (DC), warehouse, and last-mile operations while supporting the Team Lead.

- Operations Management: Oversee inbound/outbound activities, first/last mile and reverse pickups, route planning, and COD reconciliation.
- Team Handling: Supervise warehouse and field staff, manage rosters, conduct huddles, and lead shifts independently when required.
- Performance Metrics: Track KPIs like TAT, SLAs, and delivery success rates while minimizing errors and NDRs.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain MIS reports, handle escalations, and enforce safety SOPs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education & Experience: Graduation preferred, with 0–2 years in logistics or warehousing.




- Key Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Compensation: Indicative take-home of 16,000–17000 per month plus statutory advantages
