Role & responsibilities

- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
- Deliver a premium shopping experience to HNI, VIP, and discerning luxury clients.
- Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Manage daily store operations, inventory, billing, and visual merchandising.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team on product knowledge and luxury selling.
- Monitor sales KPIs, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Ensure the store reflects the brands luxury positioning and service standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- 36 years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury fashion, couture, or premium apparel.
- Prior team-handling or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong sales, clienteling, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales KPIs.
