Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer to support construction activities at our project sites. The candidate will assist senior engineers in site supervision, work execution, quality checking, material management, and daily progress monitoring. This role is suitable for freshers and candidates looking to develop their skills in construction and project management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising daily construction activities at the site.
- Follow approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
- Monitor material usage, labour attendance, and work progress.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update the senior engineer.
- Assist in checking concrete, steel reinforcement, shuttering, curing, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with workers, contractors, and suppliers.
- Identify and report site issues, delays, and technical problems.
- Maintain material records, site registers, and daily work updates.
- Follow construction safety guidelines and maintain site cleanliness.




- Support senior engineers in completing work within the planned schedule.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of civil engineering and construction activities.
- Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials and site work procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge; AutoCAD skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and work at construction sites.

Qualifications

- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Internship or previous site training experience will be an advantage.

Work Location: Project Sites, Kerala Preferred Candidate: A motivated candidate who is willing to learn, take responsibility, and grow in construction project execution.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
