Job Brief:

We are seeking an energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, service excellence, and staff management in Nashik.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily floor operations, dining service, and staff scheduling.

- Ensure exceptional customer service, handle guest feedback, and resolve complaints efficiently.

- Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering, and minimize food wastage.

- Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards across all shift operations.

Requirements:

- Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage Service.

- 2–4 years of operational experience in a restaurant or hotel dining facility.

- Solid leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
