We are seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to join our team in the Education Industry, located in Santacruz. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building and enhancing relationships with new Franchise partners. This position involves facilitating the smooth onboarding of partners and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure partner readiness and alignment at every stage, ultimately maximizing partner satisfaction and net promoter score.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide recent Franchise Partners in the Center Set Up process.

- Collaborate with the Finance Team for the creation of system IDs, payment mapping, and order processes.
- Organize Zoom/Google Meet calls to review the progress at the center level.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide timely support and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth center launch in coordination with the Business team.
- Follow up on the timely release of Franchise Agreements.
- Ensure that the EPMS is updated with accurate details and fee cards.
- Collect feedback on all process and product training conducted and share insights with relevant stakeholders.




- Coordinate with stakeholders for EPMS training and with the Academic Operations team for timely partner and teacher training.
- Facilitate marketing launch plans in collaboration with the Brand team.
- Ensure timely release of center kits by coordinating with the Supply Chain team.
- Assist franchise partners in finalizing fee cards.
- Conduct regular surveys, monitor the NPS score, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide ongoing support to new franchise partners for a period of six months, ensuring regular touchpoints to capture feedback and status updates.

Required Skills

- A graduate degree with at least 5-7 years of experience in customer service or relationship management roles.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Additional spoken language skills apart from English and Hindi are advantageous.
- Candidates with backgrounds in Retail and Banking industries are preferred, along with those having International BPO experience with good end-to-end operations exposure.
