Job Title: Assistant Project Manager (Site Operations)

Your Daily Work (Key Responsibilities)

- Supervise Site Workers & Contractors: Check daily attendance, guide site laborers, assign daily tasks and make sure everyone works safely.
- Track Site Work & Quality: Monitor day-to-day installation (leveling, flooring, marking, finishing) to ensure high-quality standards without mistakes.
- Receive & Check Materials: Receive material shipments arriving from our factory, verify the quantities against the delivery challan, and prevent any loss or damage.
- Daily Reporting: Send regular site photos, worker counts, and short work progress updates over WhatsApp/phone to senior managers.
- Coordinate on Site: Speak with client representatives, facility managers, or local site engineers to resolve minor setup issues on the spot.

- Responsible & Independent: You take ownership of the site, stay proactive, and handle on-ground challenges without needing constant supervision.
- Active & Enthusiastic: Energetic, ready to travel to sites, and comfortable working directly with labor teams.
- Communication: Clear spoken Hindi to manage workers easily. Basic English and Marathi preferred.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of on-site experience in civil work, sports infrastructure, or general site supervision.
