Assistant Physician (BAMS)

MiLife Medicity, a multi-specialty Ayurveda hospital and advanced rehabilitation centre, is looking for a dedicated and patient-focused Assistant Physician (BAMS) to join our clinical team. The candidate will support the Chief Physician and senior medical team in patient assessment, clinical documentation, treatment coordination, and day-to-day patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct initial patient consultations in coordination with the Chief Physician and senior consultants
- Record detailed patient histories, clinical findings, diagnosis, and treatment plans accurately.
- Perform daily patient rounds, assess clinical progress, and monitor patient well-being.
- Educate and motivate patients regarding their condition, treatment plan, medication, diet, and lifestyle modifications.
- Review investigation reports and document changes in the patient's clinical condition.
- Coordinate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and other departments to ensure effective patient care.




- Assist during consultant rounds and communicate patient updates to the senior medical team.
- Coordinate prescribed treatment sessions and referrals when required.
- Maintain accurate daily progress reports, follow-up records, and discharge documentation.
- Ensure patient confidentiality, professional ethics, and hospital clinical protocols are followed.
- Provide compassionate care and contribute to patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications
- BAMS degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the relevant State Ayurveda Medical Council.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Valuable clinical assessment, documentation, and patient-care skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with electronic medical records.
- Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a multidisciplinary hospital environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
