Key Responsibilities

- Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule and manage delivery appointments for B2B and quick-commerce clients, ensuring deliveries meet the assigned slots and timelines.

- Client Coordination:
Coordinate with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, and other customers regarding purchase orders, delivery slots, rescheduling, order status, and delivery discrepancies.

- Quick-Commerce Portals:

Handle client portals for appointment booking, order updates, ASN creation, delivery documentation, and shipment status tracking.

- ASN & Documentation:

Create and submit Advance Shipment Notices (ASNs) accurately and on time; verify PO details, quantities, invoices, and supporting documents.

- Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with warehouse, billing, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.

- Transporter Management:
Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, route planning, freight rates, delivery timelines, and proof of delivery (POD).

- Vehicle Tracking:
Track vehicle movement, monitor delivery status,



identify delays, and take corrective action to meet client delivery appointments.

- E-Way Bill Management:

Generate, verify, and manage e-way bills through the GST portal, ensuring validity and compliance with applicable requirements.

- Transporter Agreements:
Maintain transporter agreements, rate contracts, service terms, documentation, and records of agreed freight charges.

- Issue Resolution:
Handle appointment rejections, missed delivery slots, shortages, excess quantities, GRN delays, and other client or transporter escalations.

- MIS & Reporting:

Maintain daily dispatch reports, appointment status, delivery performance, transporter details, pending PODs, and client-wise delivery MIS in Excel.

- Performance Monitoring:
Track on-time delivery, appointment adherence, vehicle placement, and delivery turnaround time (TAT), and recommend process improvements.
