Role Overview

Responsibility:

Responsible for Supplier overall Product Quality To carry out supplier initial and ongoing assessment To work closely with supplier for continual improvements in quality of products Responsible to reduce the Supplier PPM Responsible to reduce the Supplier complaints with 8D Action Plan. Responsible to calculate the Supplier overall performance To carry out the process improvements at supplier end related to Quality, Delivery and Cost To conduct the supplier Trainings To actively involved in the child part development right from tool development till part production To carry out supplier PPAP To prepare Supplier Quality Plans (SQP) To establish the common evaluation method between Rotex and Supplier for critical parts and Layout and inspection of Child Part.

Development – System up gradation Process & Product Audit at Supplier End. KMCC data collection To emphasize on IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 14001 , OHSAS 18001 and VDA 6.3 system implementation
