Role Overview

Responsible for driving Security & Loss Prevention (SLP) activities across the West/ South Region, focusing on risk assessment, risk mitigation, inventory protection, operational audits, and investigations across Dark Stores and Warehouses.

Key Responsibilities

- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify security vulnerabilities, process gaps, and inventory loss risks; implement preventive controls and monitor mitigation plans.
- Audits & Compliance: Conduct process audits, inventory audits, and Wall-to-Wall (W2W) audits to validate SOP compliance and identify control weaknesses.
- Investigations: Lead inventory shrinkage, theft, process deviation, and other loss-related investigations; establish root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Loss Prevention: Monitor recurring losses, high-risk sites, inventory discrepancies, and control effectiveness across the region.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse teams,



and Cluster Leadership to drive accountability and timely closure of audit observations.
- Reporting & Governance: Maintain audit and investigation trackers, submit periodic risk reports, escalate critical findings, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Regional Coverage: Execute the SLP audit and investigation plan in alignment with Pan-India SLP priorities.

Travel Requirement

Extensive travel across all West/ South Region clusters, Dark Stores, and Warehouses is required for site visits, risk assessments, audits, and investigations as per business requirements.
