Experience & Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in SAP FICO.

OR

- B.Com / M.Com with 6 to 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in SAP FICO

Joining - Immediate or within 15 days.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Assistant Manager SAP FICO. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, configuration, and business process integration. The role requires close collaboration with Finance, Accounts, and Business stakeholders to ensure effective SAP system utilization and process optimization.

Job Responsibilities -

- Manage and support SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) processes across the organization.
- Configure and customize SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.
- Provide end-user support and resolve functional issues within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounts teams for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration,



and upgrade projects.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend SAP best practices.
- Conduct user training and ensure smooth adoption of SAP processes.
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial processes.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Required Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
- Good understanding of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes.
- Knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
- Experience in SAP implementation or enhancement projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and business partnering abilities.

Preferred Requirements

- Experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, engineering, EV, or industrial sectors will be preferred.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
