Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month

About the Role

Royal China is seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain premium dining standards and ensure exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and service.

Supervise, train and motivate front-of-house staff.

Maintain excellent guest relations and handle customer feedback.

Ensure compliance with FSSAI food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Monitor staff grooming, attendance and performance.

Oversee inventory, billing, POS operations and daily reporting.

Ensure adherence to restaurant SOPs and operational standards.

Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and financial targets.

Qualifications & Experience

Mandatory: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management,



Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Management.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in restaurant operations or food and beverage service.

Previous experience in premium dining, fine dining or a reputed hotel preferred.

Strong leadership, communication and guest service skills.

Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety and hygiene.

Proficiency in English and familiarity with POS systems.

- Skilled grooming and presentation.

Salary & Benefits

₹50,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
