Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure quality control of staples, grocery items, fruits & vegetables, dairy products, bakery products, snacks, beverages, frozen foods, canned foods, packaged foods, and other FMCG products at source.

- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of product quality.

- Develop and implement effective quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve supply chain efficiency.

- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., sensory evaluation) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field (QC).

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (B.Sc), Food Technology (B.Tech), or equivalent qualification.

- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (FSSAI) and Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

- Proficiency in auditing, controlling, inspection, quality control, quality management, regulatory affairs.
