Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

This position is required to achieve the desired level of performance in the following Key Result areas:

- Executing the project within the given budget and optimizing the costs involved in infrastructure, power and maintenance areas ensuring compliance to quality standards
- Preparing work schedules according to store opening date and monitoring timely execution of the project as per set timelines.
- Benchmark latest development in terms of ambience, layout, fixtures and other infrastructure related areas and share the same with the Marketing, Operations and Buying Team.
- Negotiating and finalizing contractors and vendors.
- Auditing the site and completing necessary documentation before handing-over to operations.
- Implementing feedback from format and customers and maintaining relationship with Vendors and Contractors.

To adopt ways of work that help in conservation of resources. 3 + years of relevant experience in Food Retail/QSR

Proven leadership skills to manage a team of regional & cross functional team

Must be Customer Centric.

Excellent Planning & Decision Making skills

Min: 6 to 8 years of Exp in Retail Projects
