We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager PSU Banking.

Banking Assignment: IDBI Bank

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support PSU banking operations and related activities.
- Handle IDBI Bank-related coordination as per Head Office directives.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret banking data to monitor performance.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Monitor banking performance, identify gaps, and provide analytical inputs to the State Head.
- Coordinate with field teams, banking representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with banking processes, operational guidelines, and reporting requirements.
- Complete assignments within defined timelines and travel within Maharashtra as required.

Required Skills:





- Working knowledge of PSU banking processes and operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, MIS reporting, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with experience in PSU banking operations, bank coordination, MIS reporting, and data analysis will be preferred.
