Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales closures for Secondary (Resale Properties) across Pune.

- Handle qualified leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, company CRM, walk-ins, references, and channel partners.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties based on budget and preferences.

- Conduct property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and successfully close transactions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, investors, brokers, and channel partners.

- Generate additional business through networking, referrals, and local market connections.

- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

- Coordinate with internal teams including Legal, Home Loan, Operations, Documentation, and Customer Success to ensure smooth closures.

- Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and chance tracking in CRM.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, inventory movement,



and pricing strategies within Pune.

- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and MIS for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

- 3-8 years of experience in Secondary Real Estate Sales.

- Strong understanding of the Pune residential real estate market.

- Experience in selling resale properties, or both.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

- Self-driven, customer-centric, target-oriented, and energetic.

- Comfortable with field sales, site visits, and client meetings.

- Candidates from leading developers, IPCs, brokerage firms, or Prop-Tech companies will be preferred.
