Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing &
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reputable local and regional suppliers. Maintain a preferred vendor database for fresh produce, perishables, capital equipment, and operational consumables.

- Negotiation &

- Contracting: Obtain competitive quotations, perform price comparison analyses, and negotiate favorable payment and delivery credit terms without compromising on resort quality benchmarks.

- Order Execution: Process purchase requisitions, validate purchase orders, and monitor order lifecycles to guarantee on-time delivery of items.

- Inventory &

- Stock Control: Coordinate closely with storekeepers and kitchen managers to monitor stock levels, assess reorder thresholds, and mitigate storage waste or stockouts.

- Compliance &

- Documentation: Maintain exact procurement records, track invoice matching, and ensure all transactions align with hotel standard operating procedures, tax guidelines, and audit policies.

- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks on received merchandise, specifically assessing the freshness,



hygiene, and standards of food items and guest amenities against resort specifications.

- Interdepartmental Alignment: Partner with Executive Chefs, Housekeeping Supervisors, and the Engineering Head to accurately plan monthly operational budgets and Capital Expenditure requirements.

Required Qualifications &

- Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a hospitality-focused discipline.

- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of centralized procurement experience within a 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotel or resort environment.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in hospitality ERP systems or materials management software alongside strong skills in data analysis and Microsoft Excel

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
