? We're Hiring: Assistant Manager / Manager – Finance

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant NBFC experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting, regulatory compliance, and financial closure activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle monthly book closure activities, prepare working files, and post accounting entries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, ECL, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of Ind AS and financial reporting requirements under Schedule III, Division III.
- Manage accounting related to DA and PTC transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments, branches, and business partners for financial closing activities.
- Liaise with auditors,



provide necessary documentation, and resolve audit queries.
- Prepare data for regulatory reporting and filings with RBI, SEBI, and MCA.
- Support ad hoc finance and accounting requirements as needed.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in an NBFC in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Microsoft Office 365, and Advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage responsibilities efficiently and meet deadlines.
