Key Role Responsibilities

Deliverables

- Prepare and ensure timely closure of all accounting processes, supporting the accurate preparation of monthly and annual financial reports in compliance with Indian GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS standards.
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and supporting documents for audit purposes.
- Prepare financial reports to ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Internal Financial Controls.
- Prepare cost allocation as per business segments.
- Prepare provisioning for receivables, revenue recognition, and assist in the timely transfer of funds from overseas accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash position reporting.




- Prepare and review expense accruals to ensure proper allocation and timely recognition of expenses.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to the General Ledger, ensuring timely and accurate recording of all transactions.
- Manage yearly audits of Financial Statement including Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit Internal/ Group Audit.
- Ensure high-quality data entry and maintain the integrity of financial records, ensuring that supplier accounts and transactions are accurate and up to date.
- Identify and escalate unresolved discrepancies, anomalies, or process bottlenecks to the Team Lead/Manager for further investigation and resolution.
- Follow internal policies, procedures, and accounting controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal regulations, mitigating financial risks.
