We are looking for an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, employee relations, and performance management. Knowledge of payroll will be an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to offer rollout and onboarding.

- Handle employee lifecycle activities, including induction, documentation, transfers, and exit formalities.

- Maintain employee records and manage attendance and leave data.

- Address employee queries and grievances and support employee engagement initiatives.

- Implement HR policies and ensure consistent adherence across the organisation.

- Coordinate performance appraisal activities with department heads.





- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR data.

- Support statutory compliance and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

- Coordinate payroll inputs; knowledge of payroll processing will be preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience in managing end-to-end HR generalist functions.

- Robust communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and HR systems.

- Payroll knowledge will be an added advantage.
