- Responsible for day to day smooth functioning of the department
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Will be reporting to the Plant Head
Preferred candidate profile
- 812 years of relevant experience in ceramic manufacturing and casting operations.
- Diploma in Ceramic Engineering is essential; a degree in Ceramic Engineering is preferred.
- Experience managing a casting section and production team.
- Ability to manage production targets, quality, quantity, and recovery.
- Must be willing to relocate to Perundurai, Tamil Nadu.
