: Bagging Operations (Fertilizer Industry)

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced candidate to manage fertilizer bagging, packing, loading, and dispatch operations in a manufacturing plant.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: B.Tech Chemical / Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 8 years
- Industry: Fertilizer Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

1. Bagging Operations: Supervise fertilizer packing and ensure smooth daily operations.
2. Loading & Dispatch: Manage fertilizer bag loading into trucks and railway wagons.
3. Manpower Management: Allocate work to employees and manage shift operations.
4. Quality Control: Ensure fertilizer bags meet quality and weight standards.
5. Machine Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team to maintain bagging equipment.
6. Production Coordination: Work closely with the DAP production plant and laboratory teams.
7. Safety Management: Ensure workers follow safety rules and company procedures.
8. Cost Control: Minimize wastage of packing materials, electricity, and other resources.
9. Documentation: Maintain operational records and follow quality and safety standards.
