We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Audit team as an Assistant Manager Audit. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on audit experience, and the ability to independently manage audits from planning through completion.

Key Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years of relevant audit experience.

- Robust working knowledge of PCAOB and AICPA Auditing Standards.

- Good understanding of US GAAP / ASC, IFRS, and Ind AS.

- Ability to independently manage and conclude an audit from planning through finalization.

- Experience in audit planning, risk assessment, substantive procedures, audit documentation, review, and conclusion.

- Ability to effectively lead and manage audit teams, including delegation, supervision, and review of work.

- Strong ability to understand and respond to client requirements and queries while maintaining professional relationships.





- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and professional judgment skills.

- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally to client locations for audit assignments, as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead audits from planning to completion and finalization.

- Review audit working papers and ensure compliance with applicable auditing standards.

- Coordinate with clients and address audit requirements and queries.

- Supervise, guide, and review the work performed by team members.

- Identify audit issues, evaluate their impact, and drive timely resolution.

- Ensure audits are completed within quality and timeline expectations.
