Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR skilled to manage recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding and HR operations in a textile manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across factory and corporate functions.
- Coordinate with departmental heads for manpower planning and timely hiring.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, engagement and retention initiatives.
- Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs), KRAs and KPIs.
- Coordinate performance appraisals, employee grievances and HR operations.
- Support HR policies, labor law compliance and statutory documentation.




- Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Monitor recruitment turnaround time and cost-per-hire.
- Coordinate training and employee development initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations, performance management and labor law compliance.
- Good communication, coordination and MS Excel skills.
- Experience in textile or manufacturing industry preferred.
