Role : Project Manager: High-Rise / Commercial Projects [AGM & Above]

Location : Vijaywada

Role Summary

Lead high-rise and commercial projects under General Contract (MEP) and Design & Build contracts for the region. You are accountable for the projects top line and bottom line, and for delivering to the contract on cost, timeline and quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle General Contract (MEP) and Design & Build contracts for the region.
- Hold top-line and bottom-line accountability for the project.
- Manage contract and commercial matters, including payment certification, accounts receivable, delay records and time extensions.
- Execute the project to contract norms on cost, timeline and quality.
- Facilitate the material procurement schedule and machinery deployment.
- Mobilise, evaluate and develop vendors and sub-contractors,



and mobilise labour through contractors.
- Ensure adherence to HSE statutes and norms, and project quality as per statutes.
- Act as the interface between the client, local bodies, the surrounding community and the company, and take a proactive approach to client needs.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 20+ years of experience
- Proven experience with General Contract (MEP) and Design & Build contracts, and with P&L; accountability.
- Robust skills in contract management, negotiation, vendor management and leadership.
