- Manage credit operations and portfolio quality.
- Monitor collections, overdue accounts, and recovery performance.
- Supervise branch operations and achieve business targets.
- Lead and manage teams to ensure productivity and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Prepare MIS reports and implement operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in MFI/NBFC, lending, or financial services.
- Solid knowledge of credit risk, portfolio management, and collections.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
