We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Farm Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and optimize crop performance at our berry production facility.

- Location: Singori chhindwara madhya pradesh
- Type: Full-time
- Experience: 5–6 years in commercial fruit cultivation or protected agriculture

Core Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily field operations, labor deployment, and farm safety.
- Execute irrigation, fertigation, and pest management (IPM) protocols.
- Oversee harvest cycles, grading standards, and post-harvest handling.
- Monitor crop health and maintain precise production and input records.

Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related discipline.
- Practical experience in berry farming, greenhouse management, or drip systems.




- Strong supervisory and problem-solving abilities.
