ELELCTRICAL & ISTRUM

- Responsible for reading of Electrical drawings.
- Handling of sub-station equipment above 1000 KVA like HT Transformer, Breakers and Power Panels, Automatic Power Factor Control Panels
- Handling instruments like generators set above 1000 KVA and Auto Synchronizing
- Handling power control panels, motor control canters, modern electrical drives with soft starters and variable frequency drives
- Handling spare parts and inventory control
- Comply and adhere to the safety and environment management system
- Responsible for troubleshooting in shifts by using WCM Tools as well as brining improvements through WCM Projects.
- Hands on experience in process Instruments like RTD, Thermo Couple, Pressure Transmitters, Level Transmitters, Flow Meters, I/P Converters
- Hands on experience in Maintenance of instruments/field instruments.
- Calibration and Operation of Weighing System, Variable Frequency Drives
- Proficient in Programming of Siemens PLC TIA V15 .
- SCADA Design of wincc 7.5
- Total productive Maintenance
