We are looking for a creative, organised, and result-oriented Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support digital marketing strategies, manage client accounts, coordinate creative teams, and execute marketing campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing Strategy

- Assist in developing digital marketing strategies and campaign plans.

- Conduct market and competitor research.

- Prepare monthly marketing plans and content calendars.

- Social Media Management

- Manage client social media accounts.

- Plan and schedule posts, reels, and stories.

- Monitor engagement, reach, and account growth.

- Performance Marketing

- Assist in managing Meta Ads campaigns.

- Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance.

- Analyse results and suggest improvements.

- Content &
- Creative Coordination

- Develop content ideas, captions, and ad copies.

- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.

- Ensure timely delivery and quality of creatives.

- Client Management

- Communicate with clients and understand their requirements.

- Coordinate content approvals and campaign updates.

- Maintain strong client relationships.

- Team &

- Project Coordination

- Monitor daily tasks and project deadlines.

- Coordinate with internal team members.





- Ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

- Reporting &

- Analytics

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

- Track campaign results and social media insights.

- Identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.

- Practical understanding of Meta Ads Manager.

- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.

- Good communication and content-writing skills.

- Experience with Canva and social media tools.

- Robust organisational and multitasking abilities.

- Leadership, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.

Experience &

- Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

- Previous digital marketing agency experience is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
