UniBharath Corp is looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in the gold loan sector, along with solid customer service, operational, and team coordination skills.

The candidate will assist the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations, driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving branch targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day functioning of the branch.
- Drive gold loan business growth and achieve assigned business targets.
- Handle customer enquiries, gold loan processing, and related documentation.
- Ensure proper gold appraisal procedures and compliance with company policies.
- Support customer acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
- Monitor loan disbursements, renewals, repayments, and overdue accounts.
- Assist in team supervision, performance monitoring, and staff coordination.
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling, record maintenance, and branch documentation.




- Follow company procedures, operational guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support the Branch Manager in implementing business development initiatives and improving branch performance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the gold loan sector is mandatory.
- Previous experience in gold loan operations, customer handling, or financial services is preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of gold loan processing, gold valuation, and documentation.
- Ability to achieve business targets and support branch operations.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in maintaining records.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
