Assistant Client Manager, 0-3 yrs exp, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu

Qualification: MBA

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates ,Prior experience in administration, customer service, sales, or client relationship management will be an added advantage.Experience in interiors or home improvement is preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and provide information about D’LIFE home interior solutions.
- Coordinate customer consultations with the sales and interior design teams.
- Generate leads through walk-in inquiries, telephone calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments.
- Maintain customer databases, lead records,



and daily activity reports.
- Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries, and showroom administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare reports on walk-in customers, leads generated, appointments, and follow-ups.

Mandatory Skill: Candidate should have positive communication skills in English and Tamil

Salary: Upto 23000
