We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Assistant Client Manager to join our team in Tirunelveli. In this role, you will welcome walk-in customers, understand their home interior requirements, coordinate consultations, generate leads, and manage showroom operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and provide information about home interior solutions.
- Coordinate customer consultations with the sales and interior design teams.
- Generate leads through walk-in inquiries, telephone calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments.
- Maintain customer databases, lead records, and daily activity reports.
- Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries, and showroom administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare reports on walk-in customers, leads generated, appointments, and follow-ups.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0 to 3 years).
- Prior experience in administration, customer service, sales, or client relationship management will be an added advantage.
- Experience in interiors or home improvement is preferred.

- Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil.
