Job Summary

APS Lubricants is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, track customer and supplier payments, and support the company’s financial reporting and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, and financial records.
- Manage sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Track customer outstanding payments and supplier dues.
- Maintain customer, vendor, and party ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash/bank book maintenance.
- Record inventory-related transactions and reconcile stock records with accounts.
- Maintain records of purchases and sales of lubricants, base oils, and other products.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS,



and other applicable statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly sales, purchase, expense, and outstanding reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team, management, vendors, and auditors.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, ledger management, and bank reconciliation.
- Experience in trading, manufacturing, or distribution businesses is preferred.
- Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
