Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Asset Management Supervisor to manage, track, and monitor company assets such as pallets, bins, crates, and other reusable packaging materials. The candidate will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure proper asset utilization, timely returns, accurate records, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and track company assets such as pallets, bins, crates, and reusable packaging materials at customer locations.
- Coordinate with customers regarding asset availability, usage, stock reconciliation, and timely return of assets.
- Maintain accurate records of asset movement, dispatch, delivery, collection, and return.
- Conduct regular asset reconciliation with customers and resolve stock mismatches.
- Follow up with customers for pending assets and overdue returns.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams for asset movement and collection planning.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly asset tracking and utilization reports.
- Update asset data in Excel or the company's designated software/system.
- Identify missing, damaged,



or unutilized assets and report discrepancies to the reporting manager.
- Visit customer locations whenever required for asset verification and coordination.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with customers to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and customer coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Good follow-up, record-keeping, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to coordinate with customers and visit customer locations when required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification
- 12th and Graduate in any discipline.

Experience
- 1- 3 years of experience can apply.
- Experience in asset tracking, inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, or customer coordination will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of asset records and reconciliation.
- Timely follow-up and recovery of assets from customers.
- Reduction in missing or unaccounted assets.
- Timely preparation of asset reports.
- Effective customer coordination and issue resolution.
