Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to maintain artist profiles, manage artist information, update portfolio details, and coordinate with the Artist Management team. The candidate will be responsible for keeping artist databases accurate and up to date, tracking profile status, and ensuring that artist information is readily available for brand collaborations and marketing campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, and regularly update artist and influencer profiles.
- Collect artist details, photographs, portfolios, social media links, contact information, and skilled achievements.
- Maintain accurate records of artist profiles, categories, availability, and management status.
- Update Instagram, YouTube, and other social media metrics wherever required.
- Coordinate with artists to collect updated photographs, biographies, showreels, and portfolio materials.




- Ensure artist profiles are properly organized and ready for brand presentations and campaign requirements.
- Maintain artist databases using MS Excel, Google Sheets, or internal tools.
- Coordinate with the Artist Management and Influencer Marketing teams regarding profile updates and approval status.
- Follow up with artists to obtain missing information and pending documents.
- Track profile onboarding, profile completion, and update status.
- Maintain confidentiality of artist information and company records.
- Prepare regular reports on profile updates, pending profiles, and completed tasks.

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of artist management, influencer marketing, or social media.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple profiles.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in artist management, influencer marketing, talent management, creator onboarding, or profile management.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Experience maintaining artist portfolios, talent databases, or creator records.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
