Job Summary

We are looking for an AI / GenAI Engineer with 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering skills, experience integrating APIs and enterprise systems, and the ability to build structured, reliable, and secure AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI, ML, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions based on business requirements.
- Integrate AI models and services with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and external data sources.
- Develop automated workflows incorporating business rules, decision logic, human review, and exception handling.
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable AI-enabled applications and automation solutions.
- Implement appropriate data protection, access controls, secure coding practices, and responsible AI principles.
- Monitor solution performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, workflow diagrams, implementation details, and testing records.





Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, Generative AI, or intelligent automation.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or a similar programming language; Python is preferred for AI-focused development.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs, enterprise systems, databases, and third-party services.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLM-based applications, or automation frameworks.
- Ability to design structured workflows involving business rules, conditional logic, validation, and exception handling.
- Knowledge of data security, access control, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or AI agents.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration tools.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms, cloud-based AI services, or model deployment.
- Knowledge of vector databases, relational databases, and data processing pipelines.
- Exposure to AI evaluation, monitoring, testing, and production support.
