Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Managers to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and develop strong customer relationships in their assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have experience in field marketing, customer acquisition, and sales development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to dealers, distributors, retailers, and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Promote company products and increase market penetration.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.




- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in field marketing or field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop markets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Experience in building materials, roofing materials, tiles, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000, based on experience and suitability.
- DA/TA: Applicable travel and daily allowances as per company policy.
- Prospect to grow with an expanding organisation.
