Job Title: Area Manager – Gold Loan Audit

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee gold loan operations, branch audits, business growth, and team performance across multiple branches. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of gold loan operations, audit procedures, compliance, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive gold loan business growth and achieve assigned targets.
- Manage multiple branches and monitor operational performance.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure proper handling and storage of gold assets.
- Recruit, train, and guide branch managers and frontline teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage customer relationships and resolve grievances.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and business performance.
- Prepare periodic reports and provide updates to senior management.
- Travel extensively across assigned branches as required.

Required Skills:

- 8–10 years of experience in gold loan operations and/or gold loan audit.
- Strong knowledge of gold appraisal, audit, and compliance procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and achieve business targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
