Skill

- 615 years of progressive sales experience, with a significant portion in the aluminium, UPVC windows/doors, faade, glazing, or fenestration industry (candidates from adjacent premium building-materials categories will be considered).
- Demonstrated track record of project sales engaging and closing business through architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.




- Experience managing the full sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, BOQ collection, quotation, negotiation, order closure, and post-sale coordination with production and installation teams.
- Target-driven mindset with a consistent record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills, with an existing network in the Bangalore construction/real-estate ecosystem considered a robust advantage.
