Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and expand courier and logistics services within the assigned territory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire corporate clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Promote courier, express delivery, freight, and logistics services.
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle client negotiations, pricing, and commercial agreements.
- Expand the company's customer base across the assigned area.

Required Skills:

- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition.
- Knowledge of the courier, logistics, and supply chain industry.




- Team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and develop current markets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.

Eligibility:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 4–8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in couriercompanies.
- Experience handling a sales team and achieving regional targets is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate Background: Candidates with experience in courier and logistics companies such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ecom Express, or similar organizations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
