Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the assigned area

Handle and guide the sales team

Manage distributors and dealers

Develop new markets and grow business in the territory

Requirements

4–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience

Team handling and leadership experience

Experience in distributor / dealer management

Good communication and negotiation skills

Target-oriented approach

Market development and sales growth experience
