Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Cosmetics

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead our sales efforts in the cosmetics sector within a designated region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing a team of sales professionals. This role requires a strong understanding of the beauty industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and professional growth.

- Identify and pursue current business opportunities, including onboarding new distributors, retailers, and beauty salons.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners.





- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in the cosmetics industry.

- Monitor sales performance against KPIs, prepare detailed sales reports, and present findings and forecasts to senior management.

- Oversee product launches and promotional activities, ensuring effective execution and maximizing market penetration.

- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock rotation at distributor and retail points to minimize obsolescence.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales tools, promotional materials, and campaigns tailored to the regional market.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
