Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple QSR outlets. The candidate will be responsible for sales growth, profitability, food quality, customer satisfaction, staff management, hygiene, and operational excellence across all assigned outlets.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to drive business performance while maintaining company standards across locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-Outlet Operations

- Manage and supervise multiple QSR outlets across assigned locations.
- Ensure all outlets follow company SOPs, operational standards, and service procedures.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
- Monitor opening, closing, and daily reporting procedures.

2. Sales and Profitability

- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve outlet performance.
- Monitor daily sales, food costs, labour costs, wastage, and profitability.
- Identify business growth opportunities and implement local sales initiatives.
- Review outlet-wise performance reports and take corrective action.

3. Food Quality and Hygiene

- Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Ensure compliance with applicable FSSAI requirements.
- Conduct regular checks on stock handling, expiry dates, storage, and food wastage.

4. Staff Management

- Manage manpower planning,



staff deployment, and shift scheduling.
- Ensure discipline, grooming, attendance, and productivity.
- Train outlet managers and staff on SOPs and customer service.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff retention.

5. Inventory and Cost Control

- Monitor stock levels, purchasing, receiving, and inventory records.
- Control pilferage, food wastage, and unnecessary operational expenses.
- Ensure proper documentation of stock, cash, and daily sales.
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective measures.

6. Customer Service

- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor customer feedback and online ratings.
- Implement initiatives to improve repeat business and brand reputation.

7. Reporting and Coordination

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
- Track outlet-wise sales, expenses, manpower, and profitability.
- Coordinate with HR, purchase, accounts, and marketing teams.
- Follow up on action points and ensure timely implementation.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; hospitality or hotel management qualification preferred.




- 5–8 years of experience in QSR, café, restaurant, or food service operations.
- At least 2–3 years of experience managing multiple outlets or a similar area-level role.
- Strong understanding of sales, food cost, labour cost, inventory, and P&L.;
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, POS systems, and operational reporting.
- Willingness to travel between outlets as required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and manage operational challenges independently.
