We are looking for an experienced Area Manager – Broking Channel to drive business growth, manage broker relationships, and achieve GWP targets across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand market share through the broking channel.
- Drive sales across Motor, Health, Personal Accident, Property, Marine, Engineering, Liability, and other General Insurance products.
- Build and strengthen relationships with national, regional, and local insurance brokers.
- Onboard recent brokers and activate dormant broker relationships.
- Conduct broker meetings, business reviews,



product presentations, and training sessions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of quotation, policy issuance, endorsement, claims, and renewal-related queries.
- Focus on profitable growth, product mix, and renewal retention.

Ideal Candidate: Experience in General Insurance sales and broker relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving business targets.
