The position is responsible for the profitability of the city as a whole and provides the necessary support to all stores to ensure smooth and unhindered operation at all times. Provides administrative support to the back-end workforce of each city and is responsible for the brand image of Cookie Man.

Responsibilities

Ø Guiding and monitoring shop managers and franchises to exercise better controls and derive the optimum profitability of stores.

Ø Maintain Guest Relations.

Ø Financial Audits and rectification.

Ø Maintaining schedules and monitoring the same.

Ø Tie-ups for the city and marketing support within the city.

Ø Identification of new areas for expansion and potential of the same.

Ø Control aspects of every store.

Ø Operating and financial Audits and rectification.

Ø Exploring other sales opportunities during events such as pop-up stores, etc.





Ø Good Communication skills and high levels of confidence.

Ø Positive leadership qualities and good interpersonal skills.

Ø Should be hospitable with a service orientation.

Ø Analytical capabilities.

Ø Possess training and motivational skills.

Ø Exposure to the food industry.

Ø Should be able to lead by example.

Ø Must possess skills of man management and basic number crunching knowledge.

Ø Aptitude towards marketing required.

Ø Should be a team player since the position requires coordinating with all departments within the company.

Ø As part of training, is expected to learn baking and all aspects of Operations.

Ø Should take pride in wearing the branded Cookie Man uniform.

Ø This is a hard-core, liable job and will require him to be in the field at all times.
